With a robust background in internal audit at State Street and a finance degree from Fairfield University, Walnista brings expertise and enthusiasm to his role as a Commercial Real Estate Specialist. During his tenure at State Street, Walnista honed his skills in assessing and testing organizational efficiencies, effectiveness, and compliance with government regulations both domestically and internationally. His experience includes conducting risk management for various clients within the organization, ensuring adherence to stringent SOX requirements.
His primary focus will be on commercial real estate investing, with a specialization in retail investments and development. Hailing from Shrewsbury, Walnista is thrilled to bring his expertise to Worcester, his lifelong neighbor, and is eager to play a role in the city’s continued growth and development.
