In her new role, Kelley will spearhead the day-to-day management operations, overseeing retail, restaurant, and industrial properties across Massachusetts.
Kelley brings over 23 years of extensive experience in real estate management spanning Massachusetts, Connecticut, and Rhode Island. Her expertise encompasses leadership, finance, personnel management, facilities oversight, mentoring, and client relations.
With a focus on strategic property management, Kelley has a proven track record in contract bidding, financial reporting, budget preparation, and capital planning. She holds certifications from the National Association of Realtors as an Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR) and a Commitment to Excellence (C2EX) designee.
Kelley’s dedication to excellence in real estate has been recognized through her inclusion in Boston Agent Magazine’s “Who’s Who in Boston Real Estate” and her membership in the International Diamond Society, representing the top 10% worldwide. She is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Finance with a concentration in Corporate Finance. Beyond her professional endeavors, Kelley is actively involved in philanthropy, supporting organizations such as Project Purple, the Pan Mass Challenge, and St. Jude’s Hospital.
