NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs is pleased to announce that it has been retained to provide full property management services for 484 Main Street in Worcester (better known as the Denholm Building). The City of Worcester, through the Worcester Redevelopment Authority, recently purchased the 200,000 square foot office building in August to spur a redevelopment of the property.
The company will provide financial as well as facility management services. “We are proud to have been selected by the City to work with them on this very important piece of the continued successful redevelopment of the City,” said James Glickman, company Principal.
