The buildings were occupied at the time of sale by Holden Pizza, McGreevey’s Barbershop, Donut Kitchen, and Towne Cleaners. Prior to the transaction, NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs Property Management provided property management services for the site.
NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs Vice President Tim Whittredge and Principal Jim Glickman represented the seller, Kouliou Realty Trust, in the $1,800,000 transaction.
