A retail plaza in Millbury was purchased by Ring City LLC of Westborough for $1.2 million on Dec. 7. The 7,200 square foot plaza at 73 Canal St. is home to Select Physical Therapy, Jessica’s Salon, and DVD Pro Video, according to a press release from Worcester broker NAI Glickman Kovago and Jacobs, whose Vice President James Keogh represented the seller and procured the buyer. The plaza was built by the seller, Bachand Realty Corp., in 1999. The company bought the property in 1999 for $59,000, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
