As reported in the February 22, 2022 issue of the Worcester Business Journal, the NAI GKJ team of Peter Kovago, Evan Koogler, and James Keogh recently facilitated the sale of 48 Elm Street in Worcester for $1,650,000. The 16,600 sf building on 0.91 acre of land was sold by 48 Elm Associates to Hilltop Group Holdings, LLC, the owner of Wings Over Worcester. Hilltop’s plan is “…to build on our current tenant base by reinvesting to both refresh and revitalize the space to attract other professionals who are looking to grow their business and practices in the heart of Worcester,” said Laurian Banciulescu, one of the buyers.
