NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs’ Principal, Michael Jacobs, and Vice President Tim Whittredge, facilitated the sale of the former Cove Music Hall at 89 Green Street in Worcester. The property, which sold on December 31, 2020, is adjacent to Polar Park (under construction) for $900,000. The 12,000 sf retail/mixed use building was formerly owned by 89 Green St. Realty Trust and was purchased by Gold Block Real Estate, LLC.
