Jeff Borus of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the owner and brought Treehouse Brewery to the properties at 7 & 13 Sampson Road in Charlton. 7 Sampson Road included a residence with 5+/-acres, and was sold along with 13 Sampson Road, which per the deed included 45.2444+/-acres, for a total price of $2,000,000. Treehouse has not indicated what their proposed use would be for the land.
