WORCESTER, MA —A 8,561-square-foot Worcester retail plaza has been sold for $1.13 million to the owners of the Grafton Flea Market.
The property, located at 2 Coes Square in Worcester, was sold in a deal finalized on Thursday, according to Worcester District Registry of Deeds records. The property was purchased by D&B Real Estate Holdings LLC and TN Properties, two Worcester-based entities managed by Tam Nguyen and Dung Kim Do of Worcester.
The pair own the Grafton Flea Market. They had purchased the Worcester parcel nearby Coes Square at 550 Park Ave. for $500,000 in July.
The property was sold by D&J Realty Trust of Worcester. Built in 1975, current businesses at the site include T&V Nails and Spa and Cow Farm convenience store.
The property was given a tax assessment value of $645,700 in 2024, according to City of Worcester property records.
