NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs is proud to congratulate Jonah Glickman on being named to the Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under Forty, Class of 2026, recognizing emerging professionals making an impact throughout Central Massachusetts.

After spending five years in banking and commercial real estate lending, Jonah made the transition into commercial real estate brokerage. In just three years, he has completed 45 transactions representing more than 560,000 square feet and $53 million in transaction volume.

Among his accomplishments is the 2026 sale of a 134,648-square-foot industrial property in Marlborough for $13.5 million, his largest transaction to date.

Jonah’s previous experience underwriting commercial real estate loans provides a strong foundation for his work as a broker. His understanding of financial statements, cash flow, lending, and risk allows him to approach transactions from both a financial and real estate perspective.

His commitment extends beyond the commercial real estate industry. Jonah serves on the board of the Worcester Young Businessmen’s Association and on the committee for the Lori Lajoie Charity Golf Tournament benefiting Seven Hills Foundation. He has also spent the past decade serving as a secondary caregiver for his mother, who has early-onset Alzheimer’s disease.

A lifelong Central Massachusetts resident, Jonah credits the people and relationships throughout the region as one of the reasons he continues to build his career here. He also credits his father, Jim Glickman, as an important influence in his professional journey, giving Jonah the opportunity and space to establish his own reputation within the industry.

Like the message behind one of Jonah’s favorite shows, Ted Lasso, his career has been about earning credibility and trust from the ground up.

Congratulations to Jonah on this well-deserved recognition and his selection to the WBJ 40 Under Forty, Class of 2026.
