Marlborough energy and retail company Yatco Energy has purchased a permitted site in Worcester formerly owned by a co-owner of the Worcester Red Sox, in order to build a gas station and convenience store. The location at 75 Quinsigamond Ave. was formerly a John J. Nissen Baking Co. bakery. The $2.5-million deal was completed on Monday, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds.
