NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs successfully represented the buyers in the $330,000 purchase of the office building at 4 Boyden Road in Holden. The property was sold by Robert and Gretchen Prunier to TFS Real Estate Holdings LLC.
“It’s a privilege to represent business owners in the Wachusett community where I work and live,” said Associate Broker Brendan Toohey of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, who handled the transaction alongside Vice President Lexi Brissette. “This is going to be a tremendous move for them.”
“We’re excited about the move to our own space,” said Jennifer and Joey Lovett. “We think it will be a great atmosphere for our clients, and the building truly represents the values we hold in our business—professional, welcoming, and client-focused. Traditionally, Liberty Tax locations are found in retail strips and shopping centers, but Holden is the perfect place to do something different. Having this dedicated space raises our already high bar for providing exceptional service to our clients. We are proud to be investing in the community.”
The Lovetts added that their long-standing relationship with their broker made the opportunity seamless: “Brendan knows our needs intimately, so when this building came across his desk, we were his first call—and he was absolutely right.”
Michael Barbera of Rubric Commercial represented the sellers in the transaction.
