2021 ended with a bang as the NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs’ office team of Evan Koogler, James Keogh and Peter Kovago sold the office building at 93 Stafford Street in Worcester. The office team represented the seller, PJ Realty, LLC, while the team of James Glickman and Nolan Ryan represented the building’s buyer, 491 Main Street, LLC. The building was purchased for $1,500,000 on December 28th.
