NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs is pleased to announce the completed sale of a 65,000-square-foot industrial property located at 12 Jacques Street in Worcester for $1,250,000. The transaction was facilitated by Vice President Lexi Brissette, who represented the seller, Jacques Street LLC.

The property includes a four-story, 40,000-square-foot mill building dating back to 1900, as well as a connected 25,000-square-foot annex structure. The purchasers, three partners who own and manage an investment and construction firm, are continuing to expand their presence in the Worcester market. This marks their second local acquisition following the purchase of a mixed-use property on Shrewsbury Street last year. The new owners intend to renovate the annex building and market the space to contractors, manufacturers, and warehouse users in the area.

“This sale is a strong indicator of the continued and growing demand for industrial space in Worcester,” said Lexi Brissette, Vice President at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. “The buyers recognized the value and opportunity in this asset and are committed to revitalizing it for the benefit of the local business community.”

The transaction of this Class C industrial asset in Worcester’s Webster Square neighborhood highlights the continued growth of the city’s industrial sector and reflects ongoing investor confidence in Worcester’s long-term economic development.
