Michael C. Jacobs, principal at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, facilitated the sale of the former Table Talk Pie Company building at 153 Green Street in Worcester. The 156,640 sf building on 3.91 acres was sold by Pieco Realty, Inc. to Boston Capital Development, LLC for $4,550,000. The proposed redevelopment of the site consists of a mixed-use development with approximately 350 units of residential housing – both affordable and market rate housing – and street level retail. Boston Capital has slated Phase 1 of the project to commence in the later part of this year.
