Parkingway Management, LLC of Boston has completed its acquisition of 70 Gold Star Boulevard, a former Volvo dealership, with the aim of redeveloping the property into an 18,000-square-foot retail plaza anchored by urgent care center ConvenientMD and featuring Kelly’s Roast Beef and Jersey Mike’s Subs. The $3.6-million deal was completed on Tuesday, according to the Worcester District Registry of Deeds. Michael Jacobs, principal of Worcester firm NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented the seller, Gallo Realty Co. Inc. of Worcester. Andrew Bonica of Eastern Retail Properties of Braintree represented the buyer, Parkingway.
