Worcester, MA – NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs is pleased to announce the successful sale of the 10,200-square-foot retail building located at 600 Park Ave in Worcester, Massachusetts. The property sold for $750,000.

Second Chance Animal Services, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit founded in 1999, plans to renovate the 600 Park Ave property into a full-service animal hospital paired with a thrift store, expanding its ability to serve pets
and pet owners across the Worcester community. Second Chance operates veterinary hospitals in Worcester, Southbridge, Springfield, and North Brookfield, and it provides care to tens of thousands of pets annually.

This transaction was handled through internal collaboration at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs: Vice Presidents Jonah Glickman and Cody Miner represented the buyer, Second Chance Animal Services, while Principal Mike Jacobs and Senior Vice President Tim Whittredge represented the seller, Retailers Realty Corp.
