NAI Glickman, Kovago & Jacobs partnered with Seven Hills Foundation and the Regional Environmental Council (REC) for a Volunteer Day dedicated to building a community garden at the Seven Hills property in Worcester, 135 Gold Star Blvd.
Throughout the day, volunteers worked side by side to improve the garden by weeding, building flower and planting beds, shoveling and grading soil, and assisting with irrigation system enhancements. A special focus of the project was creating new flower beds that will serve as a beautiful and engaging space for children and clients of Seven Hills Foundation. These gardens will provide opportunities to learn about plants, pollinators, and the natural environment while offering a peaceful outdoor setting for recreation, education, and community connection.
The collaborative effort helped create a more welcoming and accessible garden space that will be enjoyed by Seven Hills clients, staff, and families for years to come.
