NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs has announced the promotion of Tim Whittredge to Senior Vice President, recognizing his strong performance, leadership, and ongoing impact on the firm’s growth and market presence.
Whittredge began his career at the firm as a sales intern, obtaining his real estate license before joining full time after graduating from Bryant University in 2019. Since then, he has established himself as a reliable advisor, consistently delivering results across a range of property types. His promotion reflects both his production success and his contributions to deepening client relationships and expanding the firm’s reach throughout Central and Eastern Massachusetts.
In recent years, he has played a key role in several prominent and complex transactions, including 89 Green Street (The Cove) and 31 Caroline Street in Worcester, 39 Therese Avenue in Southbridge, 287 Turnpike Road in Westborough, the 550–570 Moody Street portfolio in Waltham, and 944 Main Street in Holden (Sunnyside Ford).
Beyond his deal activity, Whittredge has shown strong leadership within the firm and the broader commercial real estate community. In 2025, he was named to the Worcester Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, recognizing his professional achievements and industry influence.
“Tim’s promotion to Senior Vice President is well deserved,” said Michael C. Jacobs, Managing Principal of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. “In addition to his strong production and market knowledge, Tim consistently thinks about the firm as a whole—bringing opportunities to our property management and construction teams and collaborating across departments. He exemplifies our core values of accountability, service, collaboration, and passion, and brings a strategic, long-term mindset that makes him an integral part of our continued growth.”
“I’m grateful for the opportunity to continue growing with NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs,” said Tim Whittredge. “This firm has given me incredible mentors and a collaborative environment where doing what’s right for our clients and the company always comes first. I’m proud to be part of a team that shares a commitment to service, accountability, and long-term success, and I look forward to continuing to contribute to the firm’s growth in this expanded role.”
