PUTNAM, CT —Chase Mill realty LLC recently sold the 42,000+/-sf building on 6+/acres located along 161 Park Road in Putnam Connecticut. The property also included a 6,000+/-sf unheated storage building.
The Buyer, R.E Prescott, based in Exeter, NH, intends to utilize the property for their water system, wastewater and treatment supply company. NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs (NAIGKJ) Senior Vice President, Jeff Borus brokered the transaction. The sale closed earlier this month at a price of $2,000,000.
