The 43,371 sf of land was sold for $600,000 by New Garden Park, Inc. to 75 Q LLC for future development. This assemblage follows the acquisition of 75 Quinsigamond Ave. by the same buyer.
The new owner owns 2.54 acres and will design for either combined or separate developments on both sides of Arwick Ave. fronting Quinsigamond Ave. .
