Tim assisted both the seller, M.E.H Realty Trust and buyer, Central One Federal Credit Union of Shrewsbury, in the transaction. The property was purchased for $1,275,000. Central One plans to open a new branch in the location. Renovation is scheduled to begin within the next few months with plans to open the new branch in early 2023.
