Sutton Business Center LLC, of Worcester recently purchased the Sutton Business Center at 176 Worcester Providence Turnpike (Route 146) from Turnpike Development LLC of Sutton at a closing price of $1,385,000.
Jeff Borus of NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs represented both parties in the transaction.
The property included the 11,200+/-sf building retail/office building on and three season out-building on .76+/- acre of land.
The property was purchased for investment purposes and houses a sampling of services to the community that include autism schooling/training, child therapy, and elder services.
