Nicole Gauvin

Nicole Gauvin, our assistant property manager, supports the team in day-to-day management operations, assisting in the oversight of retail, restaurant, and industrial properties across Massachusetts. Gauvin’s real estate journey commenced in 2021 at Keller Williams, where she served in brokerage administrative roles, notably as bookkeeper and operations manager. Since then, she has obtained her Massachusetts real estate salesperson license and acquired a diverse skill set within the industry.

A graduate of East Carolina University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and a focus on Marketing, Gauvin brings a blend of academic prowess and practical experience to her role.

Beyond her professional pursuits, she enjoys outdoor activities with her dog Millie and cherishes quality time with her niece, Sofia.
