Max Glickman
Max Glickman brings an expansive analytical background to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. Prior to joining the firm, Max worked as an Analyst for GFI Partners in Boston. His scope included every facet of the acquisitions process, namely in underwriting, financing, due diligence, and closing activities. In his three years at GFI, Max completed nearly 2.25 million square feet worth over $140 million in acquisitions of primarily value-add industrial real estate. He also carried out various leasing, repositioning, and refinancing duties for existing properties.
His previous experience in the investment field lends Max a clear view of exactly what the client is looking for in all steps of a transaction, and he takes his analytical focus into every deal he is a part of.
Max holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst. In his free time, he can almost always be found skiing, mountain biking, fishing, or seeing live music.
