Jonah Glickman

Jonah Glickman brings a wealth of expertise in commercial real estate transactions to NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. Having spent four years in the banking sector, most recently as a Commercial Credit Analyst at Cornerstone Bank, Jonah has honed his skills in analyzing both new and existing commercial lending relationships in the field of real estate. Jonah brings a deeply analytical approach to commercial real estate brokerage, having experience analyzing financial statements, building cash flows, and managing and evaluating risk and the determination of collateral value. 

His unique perspective and commercial lending experience play a pivotal role in providing astute business analysis and valuations for clients. Jonah’s academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Resource Economics from the University of Massachusetts in Amherst, with a concentration in Managerial Economics.
