Catherine Camerota

Catherine Camerota assists the Senior Property Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations for commercial properties throughout Massachusetts. As an Assistant Property Manager, she supports maintenance coordination, capital improvements, and tenant relations on behalf of property ownership. Catherine works closely with the Senior Property Manager to ensure properties operate at the highest standard.

She brings over four years of experience managing large residential portfolios and driving strong resident satisfaction, including oversight of a 780-unit portfolio in Boston where she handled daily operations, leasing, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and lease compliance.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Biology with a concentration in Health Sciences from Emmanuel College. Outside of work, she enjoys baking and cooking, spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter, and visiting Old Orchard Beach.
