Success Story
WESCO
Multiple variables, tight turnaround.
Client situation
An electrical supply company wanted to build out an equipment storage warehouse to include a drive-in ramp and loading dock, as well as a new office and lab area to test safety equipment for utilities. Before agreeing to the lease, the property owner needed a budget for the project, although it was in its earliest stages. Once the lease was signed, the work, both interior and exterior, had to begin immediately.
Our response
Located in an industrial park, the building had been vacant. The team at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs made careful plans and schedules for electrical, plumbing and site work, as well as demolition and wall building. The project included an upgrade in utility service and a high-capacity sprinkler system, plus compressed air and gas lines and floor drains. Thanks to strong vendor relationships, we were able to complete the project in three and a half months.
