Success Story

EbLens

Ready for holiday shoppers just in time.

Client situation

A downtown clothing retailer wanted to add 3,000 sf of showroom and warehouse space and upgrade to a larger glass façade in compliance with new corporate branding guidelines. The store needed to remain open for business throughout the construction work. And the ironclad deadline for the 90-day project was Thanksgiving, the day before Black Friday — the biggest shopping day of the year.

Our response

In close coordination with the company’s management team, project hours were both early and late — working during the store’s off-hours, including weekends. We installed a temporary inventory protection system, building shelving and erecting plastic walls so sales could continue uninterrupted.

As the rest of the world enjoyed turkey sandwiches and football games, our team managed to complete the job. Doors opened early for Black Friday sales, the store ready to welcome shoppers into its expanded and improved space.
