Client situation

Cleared land at a busy intersection was ready for a new building to be leased by an authorized AT&T dealer. Built into a hill, the site needed more space for parking.

Our response

A new commercial construction project, on a land parcel sold by NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs, was expected to be leased by an AT&T-authorized retailer. Prior to building construction, the site was stabilized with a retaining wall to clear enough land for parking behind the new building.

The 2,600 sf building, slightly larger than originally planned, now houses a premier showroom of the latest wireless and emerging technologies.
