    NAI GKJ seeks an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker specializing in retail, office, or industrial properties to join our expanding brokerage division. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in sales or leasing, a focus on client representation in Central MA, and a collaborative spirit that thrives in a team environment.     Key Responsibilities:
    •Sales & Leasing: Represent clients in leasing or sales of retail, office, or industrial properties within the assigned territory.
    •Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, delivering high service levels and fostering trust.
    •Market Expertise: Develop or leverage a deep understanding of the Central MA/Worcester markets to identify opportunities and offer strategic insights to clients.
    •Business Development: Grow your portfolio by identifying new clients and business opportunities.
    •Collaboration: Partner with NAI GKJ’s marketing, property management, and construction management teams to provide clients with comprehensive real estate solutions.
    •Transaction Management: Manage the entire transaction process, from negotiations and contract management to closing procedures.

    Who Are You?
    •Licensed as a MA Real Estate Salesperson or Broker
    •Proven success in business or sales; entrepreneurial experience is ideal
    •Preferred experience in business development, especially prospecting/cold-calling
    •Basic understanding of business finance and real estate investments is a plus

    Compensation
    •First year Stipend
    •100% commission-based
    •First-year commission goal: $50,000 – $100,000+
    •Second-year commission range: $125,000 – $250,000+
    •Fifth-year+ commission potential: $250,000-$500,000+ (with ideal target of $1,000,000+)
