Brendan Toohey brings a diverse background and a strategic mindset to his role as Associate Broker at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. With experience across multiple industries – including tech, healthcare, education, and nonprofit sectors – he understands how real estate decisions influence business growth and operational success. This broad perspective allows him to approach each client’s needs with a comprehensive, well-rounded approach.

Before transitioning into commercial real estate, Brendan was deeply involved in the startup world, playing a key role in several venture capital-backed companies that successfully exited. He also has significant experience working with nonprofits, where his commitment to mission-driven projects and community engagement continues to drive his approach to business.

Brendan currently works across all disciplines of commercial real estate at as an investment broker at NAI Glickman Kovago & Jacobs. He focuses on helping clients make smart, strategic decisions that create long-term value. His hands-on, results-oriented approach helps deliver clarity, insight, and successful outcomes in every deal.

Raised in Central Massachusetts and a proud graduate of Saint John’s and UMass Amherst, Brendan is deeply committed to the region’s growth and development. Outside of real estate he is a passionate runner, currently tackling the Abbott World Major Marathons, a skier, and a tennis enthusiast. He enjoys spending time with his wife Erin, their son, and their black lab.
